VINTAGE 2005:

The fruit was picked mid March on a cool crisp night from the vineyards of Stringy Brae in the renowned Sevenhill region of the Clare Valley.

The long mild summer and seasonal rains has developed a wine with a lifted bouquet dominated by limes with natural acidity and delicate citrus flavors.

A wine that rewards the Riesling lovers and even convert many who haven't yet fallen under the spell of this varietal.

Ideal for drinking now or ageing well over 8-10 years for the purists wonderful with seafood, Asian meals and salads.
